The interesting part of the work is rarely the choice of algorithm. It's framing the decision correctly, getting the data plumbing honest, and shaping the system for the moment six months later when conditions change. I care about reproducibility, transparent methods, and code that the next person on the project can extend without hating you.

Most recently at Moët Hennessy (LVMH), building demand forecasting for global travel retail. Before that at Sanofi, leading a global Bayesian MMM and a MIP-based budget optimizer deployed across 20+ countries. I've worked across luxury, pharma, fintech (Plum), and media operations (OMD) over the past ten years.
